1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DumpBin (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a contract between you and Wooli Oy, registered in Helsinki, Finland (“DumpBin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Definitions

  • “Content” means any text, files, images, or other materials uploaded to the Service.
  • “User,” “you,” or “your” means any person accessing or using the Service.
  • “Free,” “Smart,” and “Pro” refer to our account/service tiers as described on the Site.

3. Description of Service; Eligibility

DumpBin is an ephemeral content sharing service. Free users may set content expiry up to 7 days; Pro users may set expiry up to 90 days (or as otherwise described on the Site).

Eligibility: Users must be at least 16 years old. By using the Service you represent you meet the age requirement and have authority to bind any entity you represent.

4. Account Registration, Payments and Subscriptions

Registration: For Smart and Pro accounts you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account.

Payments: Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you authorize DumpBin to charge your payment method through Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. To cancel, follow the instructions in your account settings or contact support. Refunds are granted only as described on the Site or at our discretion; statutory consumer rights apply.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes (we may charge VAT when required).

5. User Content; Responsibility and License

You retain ownership of Content you upload. By uploading Content you grant DumpBin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and transmit the Content as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with legal obligations (this license ends when the Content is deleted).

Prohibited content: You may not upload Content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, exploitative of minors, or promotes violence or terrorist activities;
  • contains malware or other harmful code;
  • infringes intellectual property rights of others; or
  • violates any applicable law or these Terms.

You are solely responsible for Content you upload. You represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and share your Content.

6. DMCA / Copyright and Illegal Content Policy

If you believe Content infringes your copyright, contact our designated agent via our Support Form with:

  • identification of the copyrighted work;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and
  • your contact details and signature.

7. Ephemeral Nature of Data; Backups

Content is ephemeral and will be permanently deleted upon expiry. We may retain backups or residual copies for a short period for technical reasons; however, we will delete such copies in accordance with our retention policy.

You should not rely on the Service as a primary backup. We are not responsible for loss of Content except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DumpBin, its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for: (i) indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages; (ii) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or (iii) damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your Content.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland (except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise).
